Is Barkskin Good?
Overall Rating: Red. This means that barkskin isn’t going to contribute to the effectiveness of your character build at all.
Overall Notes: Decent defensive buff, but is hampered by the concentration requirement.
Class Specific Ratings for Barkskin
Ranger: Not worth a ranger’s spell slot because they have medium armor proficiencies and are usually stacked into DEX.
Druid: Not normally worth it for the concentration requirement, but can be useful when fighting in melee while wild shaped.
